Lex Koller Notice — Property ownership in Switzerland by non-residents may be subject to Lex Koller restrictions. D7 Studio does not interpret or advise on these regulations. Eligibility and permit requirements must be confirmed by a licensed Swiss attorney or notary. We only arrange introductions and ensure that the process remains discreet and compliant.
Fees & Transparency — If a successful introduction leads to a transaction, our referral fee is paid by the partner agency or consultant under a written agreement. This arrangement is fully disclosed to all parties. D7 Studio does not charge any commission, success fee, or hidden cost to the buyer or investor.
Confidentiality & Data Protection — All inquiries, introductions, and communications are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR where applicable. If required, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed before any exchange of sensitive information. NDAs may be provided by the client, partner, or by D7 Studio upon request. Personal data is stored securely and used solely for coordination and introduction purposes.
